The calculator separates AI exposure from automation risk. Exposure means current AI systems can materially affect a task. Automation risk means exposed tasks can plausibly move into software. Augmentation means AI can help a worker do the task faster while keeping human judgment in the loop.

Your result also weighs salary target, training time, selected strengths, move style, current wage context, and transition feasibility. That makes the recommendation more useful than a generic list of jobs at risk from AI.

The best result is a practical plan, not a perfect score. A role with a slightly lower fit score may still be the better move if it keeps you near your current industry, protects your wage, and lets you build proof in a few weeks.
