90-day plan

The staged upskilling outline on each occupation page: a quarter-sized sequence of skill building, evidence creation, and career conversations rather than an open-ended resolution to retrain.

What this means in practice

Ninety days is the planning horizon the site uses because it is short enough to act on and long enough to produce evidence. A quarter supports a course, a proof project, and a real internal or external career conversation — the three moves that actually change trajectories.

Each occupation page frames its transition pathways this way: immediate skill actions, a visible work sample, and a decision point. A Tax Preparer, for instance, can spend one quarter learning exception-resolution workflows and building a controls checklist sample rather than vaguely planning to pivot someday.
