What this means in practice
Displacement pressure is the site's headline number for a role: a 0-100 planning signal rolling up how much of the work is exposed, how automatable it is, how thin the wage buffer is, and how practical the exits are. It is deliberately not a layoff forecast.
The blend matters because single-signal readings mislead. Data Entry Keyers score at the top because exposure, automation, and wage vulnerability align, while Judges carry meaningful exposure with almost no displacement pressure because authority, accountability, and institutional constraints dominate the blend.
