Proof project

A small, concrete work sample that demonstrates a target-role skill before a transition — evidence a hiring manager can evaluate instead of a claim on a resume.

What this means in practice

Career transitions fail on evidence, not intent. A proof project closes the gap: a one-page analysis, a dashboard, a process map, or a reviewed transcript that shows the worker can already do a piece of the target job.

Every comparison page on the site includes a first proof project sized to days, not months. A cashier moving toward retail operations might map how checkout exceptions are handled and show one measurable improvement — small enough to build this month, concrete enough to change an interview.
